Meet Julie Antinore- The Heart Behind A Nourishing Way

I'm Julie, a lifelong lover of nourishing, delicious meals. My journey with food started in my own kitchen, driven by pure curiosity and a love of growing food and cooking that has never left me.

 

Growing up, I spent countless hours in the kitchen with my Sicilian grandmother. She was my first and greatest teacher. I learned by watching, by doing, and by tasting. Over the years I've been lucky enough to cook alongside many gifted home cooks, friends who taught me that the best food often comes from someone's own kitchen, prepared with love.

​

As a young adult, I navigated my own food allergies and discovered how profoundly what we eat shapes how we feel and function. Then I cooked for someone I loved through their cancer diagnosis. Most recently, after a brain injury of my own, I discovered how profoundly food supports neuroplasticity and brain health.

 

All of it brought me here.
